 怎麼做才叫身心健康?

How to do can be called to have a healthy 

Body?

首先,要常常思索為什麽會莫明其妙的接受

別人邀請去傷害無辜的陌生人?

First, have to think why would accept 

other acquaint people to hurt other 

innocent object?

有什麼原因 ? 有什麼特別的理由 ? 是出於

一種內在對自我的學習思考,為什麽?也是出

於一種慈悲,不願莫明其妙的傷害不認識的

無辜的人。

Have any special reason? Due to inner

self learning to think it over? Why?this is 

also it's a kinds of mercy learning. Don't 

want to hurt innocent people, without 

any reason.

由此而學習到什麼樣的心理才是健康的心理

From here we may find what kind.of

conception or thinking is healthy?

什麼是仁慈?

What's mercy?

什麼叫不忍?

What is " I cannot do" ?

什麼是發願?

What's "  to make a wish"?

什麼是誓願?

What's" I swear"?

都是由這樣的心理出發

All from this kind of thinking to develop.
