2023.11.19大雲佛藥師佛站在瑞士日內瓦的WHA頒獎現場，當場與WHA的主席Dr. Joseph Shuhl 認識。
當時是為了一件得獎事宜，與日本的一位申請人爭鋒相對。當時為我站台的還有Dr. Schloss Goods 是WHO DOCTOR ASSOCIATION Chairman他只是為了我比申請人先做了一份中文報告。而被要求翻譯成英文，結果又只是交給
WHO主席Dr. Tedros.
當時Dr. Tedros就以這份治療皮蛇藥方申請得獎，獲獎是WHO 2023 MEDICINE PRIZE
得獎人是 JANA LIAO.
結果，在WHA主席的主持公道下，在WHO DOCTOR ASSOCIATION 主席 Dr. Schloss Goods 協助下，Jana Liao Big Cloud Buddha 廖嘉那大雲佛就以皮蛇藥方是無藥可醫治，而找到藥方可治療。而獲得
WHA 2023 BEST MEDICAL CREATION
我才和 Dr. Shuhl 認識，是站在台上認識的，
而且他很熱情的堅持一定要為我申請進入WHO成為會員，就在他的推薦底下成為第一位身穿紅袍外加白袍的醫生資格的來源。
這就是為什麼我有WHO醫生執照的原因。

我曾經很驕傲的説我是三位大徒弟的師父

他們三位還在 Dr.Tedros 的安排下，要來台灣為我舉行升座典禮，但只是為了喔台北找不到合宜的住宿飯店給很多位，有名氣有地位的人就這樣停擺了。這事情發生在去年12月左右。就時間原定2024.01.01，就這樣機會溜走了當時是Mr. GENORADO一直要辦好的事情。
沒想到Dr. Schloss Goods在2024年經歷了死亡的事件，他為了解決他身邊老是跟著一名法輪功的徒弟，對方已經死亡卻老是不放他。在他不小心碰觸到她身體後，三個星期，就被帶走了。

每天練習，唱得很美妙，又帶領著星期天課程徒弟大眾共計321名恭送大雲佛33天佛回天
恭敬頂禮，做了2次。在大家面前。所有徒弟都很喜歡他。直到跟在他身邊的法輪功女鬼，扭曲他的做事，説他跪是跟著跪中國習，事情才變得很奇怪。因為女鬼一直唸，唸到大家跟著問，也沒人指正。跪，是一樣，但禮敬佛陀是真心誠意。他也不是中國人，也沒見過習近憑，怎麼可能跪他呢？
但是，事情就這樣給停住了。而且大雲佛33天佛和天兵天將發生爭執，為了天兵天將老是被香港特首帶去練習，而大雲佛33天佛不同意。就大吵起來。結果，佛陀大雲佛又稱恭敬的大雲佛，下令不許可天兵天將再練香港的練習，因為他們的名字叫台灣軍 Taiwan Soldier就這樣。但是大雲佛33天佛在星期天教學課程不願意出現，就交棒給大雲佛藥師佛。
這是Dr. Schloss Goods 在之前未下去地獄前的事情，因為他在冰櫃中放了5天，被 Dr. Tedros 報告給佛陀大雲佛，才在急診中心用大雲佛的醫療法給救命回來。
但是，還是無法敵對女鬼跟在身邊的糾纏，事實是女鬼是法輪功，是中國習近平，特地叫人為了應付大雲佛的教法，而埋下勾引用同業的法輪功來設計陷害Dr. Goods. 因為 Dr. Goods 喜歡大雲佛一直想與她交談。但苦無機會，就利用美人計勾引上勾。既要他吃湯匙的藥忘記自己是誰，又躺在他身邊勾引他碰觸身體，最後不敵，還是去了。因為Dr. Schloss Goods第一次救援成功時候，忘記給大雲佛謝恩禮，所以讓大雲佛只能依照規矩，頂多只能救命一次。
一般依照過去大雲佛，現稱佛陀大雲佛。又稱恭敬的大雲佛，的習慣，過去的習慣，是只要在祈請過後有應驗，必定酬謝金牌一面。無論何種事宜。,或是一份感恩禮。金額多寡視個人而定。
所以請跟隨的大眾，或徒弟牢記一次是一次。不要混淆。這樣就不會混亂。即使沒有以金牌酬謝，也要敬拜水果一份表達心意。千萬不要忘記，這是禮貌也是規矩。要養成好的習慣，才不會因為一次又一次的求，一次又一次的救，累積許多債務，又要再求，那如何開口呢？這和人間是一樣的，有求必應，應驗以後要酬謝，否則如何再求呢？
又何況在早先，我們第一次見面，我就和Dr. Joseph Shuhl
解釋，我對如何解決罪業的問題，當時，我回答假設傷害1個人還要再加上60萬個無辜的人。修練一次就傷一次。那修練1000次傷害就太深了。那數字真的好大。他當時低頭一直説有道理。一直問要怎麼做才可以克服。我跟他説，請他參加Sunday Teaching Class. 結果，他有告訴我盧勝彥勾引他進入他的團體，一個進去要美金2,000,000.他並說盧要他不要承認大雲佛是他師父。
我對他説，我説最高的，我叫
佛陀大雲佛。又稱尊敬的大雲佛我可以協助他，即使他有師父
就這樣。這就是我們之間的談話
我沒想到每一個師父認識徒弟後，就只要他不承認別人，只是認識這個人。
我的方式卻不是這樣，所以認識我當師父之後。又有認識別人，結果，後來認識的要取消前一個多的是。我才發現事情的嚴重性。所以堅持是佛陀大雲佛，是33禪天頂地佛。成就最高，所以一定要承認大雲佛，如此方能救到你。就像 Dr. Shuhl.兩次激辯都是以他是喔的徒弟，擋下來。是為了連一塊錢的感恩錢都不肯給。Dr. Shuhl 才輸掉的。
沒辦法。每週見面，竟然也沒有留下一點100萬Donation加入團體表達參與，算是我的弟子。因為他到今天還未完成他的徒弟禮金，1百萬元。
就這樣。
對他，很懷念，為什麼這麼正義的邀請我進入WHO成為醫生會員。才會有醫生執照。我想起來了。他是為了我發表報告時候不用再和Dr. Tedros爭。寫報告時候，Dr. Tedros爭相採用他的名字，而作品實際是我的，Dr. Joseph Shuhl希望我可以獨立發表。就這樣.

We are very sorry that we made a big mistake in front of world people eyes to execute that action. Acturally Big Cloud Buddha work with 7 Cheng Huang Yie 城隍爺 in English Hell God.we said Hell Judge. Yesterday case Dr. JOSEPH SHUHL We kept use our small voice to persuade him abandon to cancel Big Cloud Buddha Prize Owner or ea. Speech chance opportunity.
